Return Policy
Due to the nature of our product, merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective or broken. If you receive a defective or broken item, simply call or e-mail us for return authorization within ten days of receiving your order. Customers with return authorization will be reimbursed for defective or broken items, as well as the expense for their return shipping costs. TheTravelingJournal.com does not charge a restocking fee and will process your refund within approximately ten business days. If something is missing from your order, contact us immediately upon receipt of your package. We will ship any missing items at our expense or issue a refund for missing items.

TheTravelingJournal.com only charges sales tax for shipments within the State of South Carolina. If you are shipping your order within South Carolina, taxes are calculated for your shipment and appear on the final checkout page, prior to the submission of your order.
